1976 – 1986 | Early Construction Projects in Türkiye

Muhittin Bağrıyanık began his professional career in Türkiye as a licensed contractor. During this period, he successfully completed numerous construction and renovation projects across the Marmara region and throughout Türkiye. These projects were carried out for government institutions including the Postal Administration, State Railways, and the Ministry of Public Works and National Real Estate.

1986 – 1987 | International Project in Libya

In 1986, Muhittin Bağrıyanık expanded his experience internationally by working in Libya. He supervised the electrical works for a large residential complex consisting of approximately 750 apartments in the Sahara region for Kumyol Binici Contracting.

1987 – 1989 | Return to Türkiye and Contracting Work

After returning from Libya, he continued his professional work as a licensed electrician and contractor, taking part in various construction and renovation projects.

1989 – 1996 | Construction and Renovation Projects in New York

Muhittin Bağrıyanık moved to the United States and established his own company in New York. During this period, he completed renovation projects for organizations such as the Department of Health, the FCC Housing Administration, and numerous private residential and commercial properties.
He also gained significant experience in purchasing and selling foreclosed properties.

1996 – 2000 | Construction Projects in Las Vegas

Later, he relocated his business to Las Vegas where he carried out renovation and electrical projects in casinos, hotels, and private buildings.

2000 – Present | Business Development and Digital Strategy

Following open-heart surgery in 2000, Muhittin Bağrıyanık stepped away from active construction work. Today he contributes his decades of industry experience as an SEO specialist at Penn State Real Estate.
